What file should I send for my logo?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, an SVG or a PDF works best. If you only have a JPG, send it and we'll let you know if we need a cleaner version.
Can each strap have a different design?
Yes. Mention it in the notes, for example different names or team numbers, and we'll include it in your quote.
Do the straps fit any phone?
They slide between the phone and almost any slim or medium case, with no glue. They also fit our Switchbands iPhone cases.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a digital proof with your quote, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
